Here at The Skin & Soul Studio, our priority is to create a safe and peaceful space where we can provide relaxing and personalized experiences for each of our clients. We focus on holistic values and approaches, as well as the power of human touch. We are committed to promoting skin health above all else through education and safe yet effective practices. One of our greatest priorities is to have a calming atmosphere as our treatments are highly geared towards relaxation and rejuvenation to restore inner peace and outer glow ✨
CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit is required for all appointments and services to hold your spot. Deposits will go towards the final price on the day of your appointment. We understand that life can be unpredictable and unforeseen emergencies or obligations may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so more than 24 hours ahead of your scheduled time. If you do not, you will lose your deposit and required to pay another before re-booking. We have a 15-minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be cancelled and you will be considered a no-show. If you do not show up to your appointment with no prior communication, you will be charged a 50% no-show fee for the scheduled service. Invalid cards will not be tolerated and if a no-show fee is unable to be processed, you will no longer be able to book with me.
