Cancellation Policy
Deposits & Booking
A 40% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens, and I completely understand! Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will also result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be canceled or rescheduled to avoid impacting other appointments. If your service cannot be accommodated, your deposit will be forfeited.
No-Shows
Missed appointments without notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required for future bookings.
Card on File
A valid card on file is required to book. Any outstanding balances or applicable fees must be paid before scheduling another appointment.
Studio Cancellations
If The Skin & Soul Studio needs to cancel your appointment, you will have the option to transfer your deposit to a new appointment or receive a full refund of your deposit.
